Hi guys,

Most of the time, Jay and I have no problem with paying for our 'net 
connection and such.  But now and then, you generous folk give us 
donations of money, cool stuff or just plain pats on the back.  We 
appreciate all such gestures.

Jay just started a new job and we now own two houses.  His salary is 
decent and we will have no problems covering all expenses once the regular 
paychecks start rolling in.  However, he was out of work for 6 months or 
so and I had to do a lot of tap dancing with my meager salary to keep us 
afloat.  We haven't gotten TLT yet because we are holding off on such 
things until the house in Winslow is sold and we can pay off some debt. 
So I have not been moderating.  Amy G has been holding down the fort all 
by her lonesome.  Yay, Amy! *hugs*

Anyway, this is a longwinded plea for a few bucks toward our 'net 
connection (we have to have a static IP and a big pipe 'cause y'all are 
some seriously avid posters).  Sure, it may seem like a drop in the bucket 
compared to all the other expenses but it really would help us out a lot. 
We have kept the connection in Winslow as well as getting the new 
connection at our new place.  So, that's double the money for at least 
this month.

We are actually moving the server this weekend and hope no one notices 
when it happens.

A buck or two from several folks should cover us for the month.  This 
would give a bit of breathing room.  After that, we should be just fine 
(though will never refuse money, cool stuff or pats on the back).  We will 
be able to cancel service to our former place which will cut our expense 
in half.

this post or whatever.

Thanks all!  I've also not been reading the newsgroup much since y'all are 
all talking about TLT and I don't like spoilers.  So, cc my email if you 
want to be sure I've seen your reply.
