After several weeks of my internet cutting in and out, it's fixed..... I
hope.  I'm waaaay behind because it got so wierd.

I though at first it was because Zone alarm kept losing my IPAddress, and
my Gateway address, and my loopback some thing or other.  'Casue that fixed
the problem once, months ago.  I muddled through finding them several
different days, and reentering them in Zone Alarm, even tho' they looked ok
there.  Each time it seemd to have fixed things up Jim Dandy.  And each
time Internet would suddenly go away.   Sometimes for hours and sometimes
for almost a full day. 

Then I figured it must have been that MS Update that was a bad one and had
to to be reissued.  The side effects were somewhat similar to my probl3ms. 
So I fearlessly deleted the offending update and started d/l the
replacement update.  And of course my Internet went out.   It came back the
next day and I finished the d/l and installed the new MS update.  My
Internet came to life.  I'm so ccol a techy!  For a while.

Having run out of my genius options I called Time Warner RoadRunner Friday. 
They asked a few questions and made an tech call appointment for yesterday
[Monday.]   Naturally I had to call and move the appointment to Tuesday
because I misread our calandar.

Today at the _beginning_ of the Noon to 4:00pm window, a cheerfull,
friendly young Tech showed up.  He said "You got a lot of old stuff hooking
you up.  I'm Gonna give you new wire from the pole across the street and
into your house."   In minutes he was up and down the telephone poles on
both sides of the street.  It took him about 40 minutes and now my Internet
seem to be at a fast boil!  Super!  If it stays on for a few days I'll be
all set.

Moral:  Don't get carried away at how smart you are.  Get an expert.

      Title: Irma Rombauer's Lobster Thermidor, Fixed Up By Me
 Categories: Shellfish
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
     11 ts Butter
      2 ts Flour
     11 oz Lobster meat, in dice
      4 oz Heavy cream
      6 oz Stock (fish or meat
           -or even vegetable)
           Salt, white pepper,
           Paprika, cayenne,
           Tabasco, and/or
           Celery salt
      2 tb Sherry
  1 1/2 c  White bread crumbs
 
  Melt 2 t butter and add the flour. Heat a few seconds over medium
  heat and add the lobster. Stir in cream and stock. Simmer, stirring
  constantly, for 10 min. Season to taste with the seasonings in any
  combination you wish. Remove the lobster mixture to a casserole or
  individual ovenproof serving dishes and keep warm. In the cooking
  pan, add the sherry and the remaining 3 T butter. When butter is
  melted, stir in the breadcrumbs. Distribute the crumb-butter mixture
  over the lobster in the casserole(s). Bake in preheated 400 oven for
  5 min or broil until crumbs are brown.
