   I think that GPS systems come in all sorts of flavors.  I have heard
   of some that are designed for use in ship board navigation -- and are
   quite effective there.   The ones that I am talking about come in
   combination with a mapping program (e.g. Microsoft Streets & Trips,
   Delorme) or are built into a small box with mapping software and GPS
   receiver.   They put down "breadcrumbs" onto the map, showing you
   where you are at all times.   They also compute a route and tell you
   when to turn, etc.

  In our area, five digit house numbers exist.  I have been in areas
  (England) where houses did not have numbers, just names.   I think
  that Ian's place is like that.

      Title: California Kosher Balsamic Chicken
 Categories: Chicken
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      5 lb Chicken, cut into pieces
    1/4 c  Vegetable oil
    1/2 c  Balsamic vinegar
      3 tb Sugar
      3 tb Ketchup
      1 tb Worcestershire sauce
      2 md Scallions, minced (including
           Tops)
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Cracked pepper
      1 ts Dry mustard
      1 md Clove garlic, minced
           Tabasco to taste
 
  Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Coat thoroughly. Allow
  to marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or more. Turn chicken
  occasionally.
  
  Bake for 60 minutes in a 325 degree F. oven or until tender.
  
  Variation: Chicken may be baked in a 325 degree F. oven for 30
  minutes, removed from marinade and then barbecued for 4 to 5 minutes
  on each side to brown. Baste chicken with marinade while barbecuing.
