I've never seen that one, I don't think.  I wouldn't mind taking a crack at
some though, if it turned up.

I've had wasabi cravings too - especially after being stuck in the house or
hospital after surgery for way too long.  I don't know what it means,
except that it tastes like real horseradish and isn't bland.

Yes and no.  Yes both kinds of noses were home and no I didn't smell much. 
Then again there was a lid on the pot and I was out of the room.

Hmmm - not a case for liquid smoke.  Definitely not a case for liquid
smoke.  Maybe an experiment with Dave's smoker is in order?
