  What happened is that a BBS rescanned their database back out into the
  stream of messages.   I believe that he sent out about 400+ duplicate
  messages.   300 or so of those messages were caught and killed by my
  uplink, who happened to be one step removed from the BBS that barfed.
  My uplinks system probably caught all of the duplicate messages that
  had a MSGID on them.   The messages from the BBS you use do not have a
  MSGID on them, and so were not caught by that algorithm -- and thus
  got on through to me, to you and to some others.  It is certainly
  nothing that you did -- and possibly nothing that the sysop of your
  BBS can do about it either if his software does not know how to put
  MSGIDs onto the messages he sends out.

  The real fault lies with the BBS that barfed.   And it appears that it
  was a one time thing, so no continuing problem.

  It has happened before, and most likely it will happen again via some
  other BBS -- somewhere, sometime, when you least expect it.

      Title: Cajun Style Fish Salad
 Categories: Fish, Salad
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2    Whl  fish (bream, snapper
           -flathead, etc.) fileted
           -and cut into 1/2 in.
           -cubes, patted dry.
    300 g  Baby yellow squash, sliced
    150 g  Green beans, sliced
     30 g  Sweet butter
           -Oil for stir-frying
           -Pepper sauce (Tabasco?)

      1 ts Dried thyme
      1 ts Dried parsley
      2 ts Garlic salt*
      1 ts Paprika
      1 ts Onion salt*
    1/2 ts Cracked black pepper
 
  * UDD sez that's a lotta salt. You may want to cut down on the salt
  and use more garlic and onion powder for the flavour.
  
  Cut the filets of 2 white fish (such as bream, snapper, flathead)
  into bite sized cubes and pat dry with absorbent paper.
  
  To make the Cajun spices combine dried thyme leaves, dried parsley
  flakes, garlic salt*, paprika, onion salt*, and cracked black peppers.
  Mix in well.
  
  Coat the fish cubes with the Cajun spices.
  
  To a pan of water, add sliced baby yellow squash and sliced green
  beans. Heat until the water boils, drain imediately and rinse the
  vegetable under coild water.
  
  Heat some oil in a wok, add the fish and stir fry until tender. Then
  add the squash and beans, plus butter. Stir fry until hot. Finally add
  some tabasco sauce to taste.
