We now have a HUGE mexican population ( or rather Hispanic) in almost every 
state, and if you go to the Mexican restaurants that they frequent as Michael 
and I did on his last trip out, you'll find very little dairy at all on the
menu! 
And in the Grocery stores now there are many new cheeses of latino origin as 
well!

version of a thai dish that some of my thai friends like very much!
