I'm nt holding my breath at this point.  Hunter has a clinic, Fort
Stewart (40 or so miles away) has a hospital but no staff pulminologist.
Have to got to Fort Gordon (2-3 hours away) for that.  Not like having
every one I need in one building as I do here.

Yes, practicing their practice.  Some better than others, tho even the
ones in full time practice goof up now and again.

I sub peppermint extract here.

I'll roll them in the sugar before baking.  Makes more of a mess rolling
the cookie but easier than rolling a hot cookie in the sugar.  BTW,
around here somehow these got the name of chocolate meat balls.

 ML> allow dough to become firm enough for rolling into balls.

Too much oil in the spread types; most of them are not suitable for use
in baking.
