Your "put the shoe on the other foot" example is rather lame.

Hollywood put out at least 2 radical movies within the past 15 years or less,
one was "The last temptation of Christ" the other was one that Mel Gibson put
out.

How many American embassies were torched, attacked because of it?

As opposed to a editorial cartoon in a Danish newspaper which should be childs
play compared to "Motion Pictures".

There was protest against both, albeit Gibsons work wasnt as controversial as
the other one.

British citizen Salmon Rushdie put out a book that wasnt exactly flattering of
Islam and had a fatwah (Islams way of saying he is a marked man for
assasination) placed on his head for the better part of 2 decades.

Every time someone points out the radicalness of some but not all (lets not
stereotype) Muslims, you all have to say "well what about the Christians". I'll
listen to that argument when the Pope starts issuing death orders, and
Christian children start strapping on suicide bombs!

I assume the press has the same freedoms in Denmark as they do here and
presumably in your country and I hope this shit going on, especially in Beirut
wakes you all up that radical Islam does not understand what freedom is and
would assume stomp it out.

On the other hand, perhaps the Danish editorial was in poor taste, I do not
know of what portion of Denmarks population is of Islam, I can only say that
fortunately no American newspaper was stupid enough to have dome the same....
YET! But no one can expect to have a utopia where everything one sees and reads
is just peachy. The editorial can be ignored as rubbish, did they choose to do
this?
