An old wives tale. But good rumor to keep you Canadians from coming here.

Not at all. All of the faults are far from here. The big one will be way
north of me and I don't worry about it one iotta.

I'm glad. It's too crowded here already. Must be something to the saying;
there are no native Californaians.

See, that's what you think. Which is good, IMO. I don't use AC at any time
of the year because it never gets hot enough, 'cept maybe in the car on a
warm day. Just another ploy to keep you Canadians from coming here.

Yeah. I saw the snow on the moutains to the east of here this morning and
reflected on the weather you must be having, for about 2 nanoseconds.
Meanwhile, the sun will be out today and it will be in the low 70s. Damn,
I feel awful that you can't be here to enjoy a little spring weather like
that.
