Oh really? So how come Shannon Talley was allowed to offer my copyrighted

Apples and oranges. Contrary to your previous example, bribery is NOT legal in
Greece,

My question was: How was US law violated?

Björn is not a US citizen and he does not reside in the US. He can not violate
US law as he is not under US jurisdiction.

No, it is not as simple as that. It is only as simple as that when one assumes
that US law applies everywhere and to everyone.
