Irrelevant on both counts. There is a country called Chile, but in the
context of the message, chile =  chile pepper, the spicy fruit of plants
in the genus Capsicum, e.g. anaheim, poblanbo, cayenne, thai, birds eye,
pasilla, serrano, habanero, jalapeno, fresno, hungarian wax, and a host
of others.  As I said before, if you had bothered to look you would have
known that.

You've inserted foot quite well all by yourself.  It is clear that you
looked at nothing but the subject line (BTW -- first letter in a subject
line is usually capitalized, just like the first word of a sentence is).
You made the erroneous assumption that he was talking solely about
chili.  That might have been possible since he is a well known chili
cook and judge.  But that assumption of yours was not true and is not
what the subject line says.

FYI, here are the last ten titles of recipes:

Pray tell us all, which of those did you think were chili, as in ground
beef and chili peppers or chili powder often with tomatoes and kidney
beans.  The answer is that you either did not look at any of them, or
you really are just trying to pick a fight without caring about the
true situation.
