What does this mean,  exactly?  Does the AF get the email address of the gating
system?  The fido nodes of those subscribed to this echo?  Or are the keps
being dropped from the normal content of this echo?

I for one don't use that info,  but they'd have a hell of a time trying to
collect data for the fido side,  if that's what they wanted to do,  and would
need to see logs to be able to see who was on this system,  not even really
being able to tell who was actually _reading_ this echo,  never mind particular
posts in it,  since that information isn't actually logged.

And I'll drop the echo before I put up with that kind of crap.

The worst part about it is that this info (satellite positions) is available
from other sources.  The difference being,  the other sources also give the
positions of the ones the US government doesn't usually mention, the spy sats
and such.  Or so I've read in the past couple of days,  anyhow.
