That 'worse part' of editing every echo, I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Thanks for the explanation.

I don't know why, but while reading of the different BBS Software that
You have there I began to think of a C=64 program that iirc was kinda
like a BBS - MSO64 I think was its name.
Can't remember if it was a Ham Radio Packet program or a Dial Up BBS.

I used Bob's Term Pro one time to be sort of a BBS.

I had a copy of The Online Bible for a IBM PC pc, that another Ham had
heard me talking about when I got a 486 I was wanting to buy Bible
software to use with it.

I hadn't got the 486 yet when He gave me the disk set, but I was
really wanting to read the Manual file that was on one of the 5.25"
Floppies in the set of disks, so I'd be able to use the Bible program
easier.

I was working the night shift and used the XT PC there to call my home.
Bob's Term Pro was set up to answer the telephone when it rang.
I Logged On, uploaded the text file from the XT to my C=64 and Logged
Off.

Sure enough, when I got home and checked the file, it had transferred
O.K., which made me a Happy Camper!
This was back in 1993 or early 1994.
