From: "Mark" <nomail@hotmail.com>

Yup, I had a Doh moment this morning -- I have a B&D coffeemaker with a thermal
carafe in the closet (got it after my last Bunn bit the dust, but it sucked at
brewing), so I got out the carafe filled it with hot water, then emptied it and
poured in the fresh brewed Bunn coffee.

It is indeed considerably better to the end of the pot than the warming plate.
