Works for me.  I'd much rather have a propane tank in the yard than 220 gallons
of fuel oil in the basement.

Water, lack thereof.  Especially surface water.  Several years ago I drove
Nebraska highway 2 from Alliance to Lincoln.  The road passes a national
forest somewhere along the way, big sign on the side of the road ... not a
tree in sight.

I've run 10% ethanol in my vehicles since 1979, never had a problem with it.
One problem it solves is gas line freezes in extremely cold weather, the
alcohol
doesn't allow moisture to build up in the gas tank.  It works like HEET in that
regard, and you don't have to remember to add a bottle every fillup.

Actually, Cargill handles more grain than does ADM.  In fact Cargill handles
more
grain than does anybody else, it's one of the biggest companies that nobody
ever
heard of.
