The congress and Mr. Cuomo are a bunch of posturing blowhards.  They've
done a wonderful job of ruining a bunch of peoples' lives and perhaps placing
those lives in some jeopardy.  Presumption of innocence is supposed to be the
principle, and these people have not been accused - let alone convicted - of 
any crime.  If Mr. Cuomo and/or some congresscrook publicizes any of the names
of those who received bonuses and that individual or any member of his or her
family is harmed - and there are already reports of threats against them, the
individual(s) who released the information should be held personally liable for
unlimited damages, along with whatever media outlet(s) carried the story.
