And BTW I was adjudicated NOT GUILTY by a JURY of six
and it only took them a few minutes to arrive at that conclusion due
to the fact the police officers were terrible liars.
The JUDGE also supressed PART of a rather interesting video of me
doing the field sobriety tests flawlessly, the part where three of the four
officers engaged in some rather unprofessional and interesting behavior
that might not have gone over too well with the jury.
The forth officer, video taping, actually refused to commit perjury
instead having a sudden and dramatic memory loss of events when that case
went to trial.
Robert Surrette was my public defender.
Made his career in factas he got a rather immediate substantial
promotion out of the public defenders offices.
Seems to be in private practice now as I stumbled across his web site
yesterday.
It's the same with you in EVERY echo.

I quit smoking the crap in that same year as my employment meant more to me
than a little relaxation.

CRIPPLED by a police officer operating his motor vehicle
in an ILLEGAL and insanely WRECKLESSS manner.
I committed no crime whatever.
Jailed and rendered NO medical attention whatever I was in fact left fully
two inches shorter with severe spinal injuries leaving me to the point I've
been literally trapped in my apartment these last 10 days.
I may have to call for help, no phone, but via the internet and be put into
a nursing home.
One of the things you get when someone IS honest is you should accept the
fact that when they reveal damaging information despite it reflecting upon
themselves you must also take into consideration the quite accurate account
of grievous police misconduct.
It happens and I am one such a victem.

Beaten by Police officer Tossi of the Gulfport Police Department
in 1976 on the very same day Robert Scalari ran me down with a Cadillac
Sedan DeVille leaving me temporarily paralyzed from the waist down.
I was awarded a law suit settlement without the need to go to court
but DID require knee surgery.
For the beating I received?
My crime?
Walking to my girlfriends house in Gulfport and mistaken for someone
the police wanted me to be and uncerimoniously beaten.
The SAME day I was hit by the Cadillac.
Then threatened with further consequences should I have reported the
incident.

You're a STALKER and you've no first hand knowledge of these things nor my
veracity on these points at all.

and that was the very day of another incident of police misconduct that
destroyed my girlfriends life I was also witness to
I came to be a traffic scofflaw after witnessing police violating the law
to a far greater extent than I ever did with my few petty misdomeaners.

Turned out to be Karl or Carl Lewis, member of the Gulfport Volunteer
Fire Department.
His crime?
The rape and murder of a 20 something year old woman in her own rented
apartment.
So in the final analysis I don't hold a candle to the criminal activities
of the damned criminal police officers in this town.
I've never experienced anything like this with police in any other locality
either in Tennessee or Massachussetts
Of course you STILL missed the ONE damn one that would actually bother
me.
You DO manage to hit the ones of little consequence or where police cover

BTW, I ALSO SAVED the LIFE of a police officer engaged in wreckless
activity that caused another to be run through the criminal justice system

FIRST DEGREE MURDER.
He skated on the false police report as to admit to that the police would
have had to admit to having yet again royally screwed up once again.
Destroyed my then girlfriends entire life.
Officer Peter Vaughn NEVER should have come into our yard threatening to
SHOOT our dog held by me on a heavy lead and then assault my then
girlfriend.
Former Marine.
She gave way worse than she got once she broke the hold Vaughn had when he
grabbed her without provocation, officer Owens too, AND Beeler.
It was ALL Vaughn's fault though and I don't hold the other two responsible
as they were only backing up an idiot fellow officer.
They were too far away at the time to witness Peter Vaughns
needless assault.
Officer Owens wasn't too professional either laughing his butt off in the
patrol car while I stood helpless to assist the officer due to having a
rather well behaved Pit Bull on a lead I was somewhat at a loss to
secure.
It took Owens at least a full minute to realize Vaughn had screwed the
pooch
and was in real danger.
Gee you know given the beating by the Gulfport cop.
The crippling for life by the Saint Petersburg cop.
The destroying of my girlfriends entire life by a Saint Petersburg cop
on the word a convicted murderer and state mental hospital inmate
for the criminally insane Dana Muntz it's something of a miracle
I DID very clearly SAVE that retard Peter Vaughn's life!
No details forthcoming on THAT as it involves another.
Other than to say NOTHING would have transpired but for the IGNORANT
incompetent and wreckless illegal actions of that officer.
Oh and Vaughn DID suffer considerable humiliation at the hands of both
fellow male and female officers for some years thereafter having had his
ass whipped by a 110 pound 5'11 anorexic woman.
Now pardon me.
I have to decide whether or not to have myself put into a nursing home
for whatever time I may have left as I LOST my ability to work as well
as having lost my ability to get around and have lived in relentless agony
these last 20 years since that retarded rookie idiot cop RAN ME DOWN for no
reason at all except to pad his record with a few misdomeaner traffic
tickets that were fraudulent while leaving me crippled for life.

I am now at this point having to deal with the final loss of any
independence what so ever.
I took being crippled.
I was accepted into the highest level of computer training available at
Abilities of Florida.
I got my drivers license falsely, illegally and wrecklessly
taken away from me back.
Then on Aug. 12 of 1995 I REALLY DID screw up but that was the same day
only afterwards having watched my girlfriend dragged away to jail
for DEFENDING HER dog and herself from police assault.
THATS the ONE you should have broadcast ALL along.
That's the ONE I AM ashamed of.
THAT's the one where I was in a single vehicle motorcycle
accident at 100 MPH drunk on a mere .16 but completely BLACKED OUT
due to having drank after a YEARS sobriety after having had BOTH
my own and my girlfriends entire life having been DESTROYED
for no reason at all.
Still and all hitting the pavement at ONE HUNDRED MILES and hour off a BMW
opposed twin 750 in 1995 doesn't even come to a hangnail compared to the
pain
I've suffered these last TWENTY YEARS due to one idiot rookie cop
that looked like he was about 14.
So yeah sure I have screwed up.
Quite a lot.
The police however screwed up a hell of a lot worse and to far worse
effect.
I hurt only myself.
Peter Vauhgn destroyed my girlfriends LIFE.
The rookie cop?
I never did get his name, quite intentionally.
For I most certainly WOULD have hunted him down and killed him
for crippling me for NO REASON.
Hell at least I knew enough to let it be as nothing good would have come of
it.
Now, I have to figure out if I can manage to make it to medical care
tomorrow or if I'll be in a nursing home from now on.

AGAIN, the ONLY one I AM ashamed of is the 1995 DUI and
that was the same day after cops assaulted my girlfriend and covered their
ass once again.
Yet officer Peter Vauhgn would most certainly have died that night but for
the actions of myself.
The stupid officer does not even know to this day how close he
came to a rather horrible end but for an action undertaken by myself at
great personal risk.
Just because a record *exists* does not make that record *true*.
For example the report Colin Powell gave before the United Nations
about the existence of WMD in Iraq was COMPLETELY fraudulent
and of somewhat more significance than my nearly killing myself in a
drunken
episode the day after witnessing ANOTHER example of flagrant felonious
police misconduct.
Just as there were NO weapons of mass destruction in Iraq in 2003.
The difference being there's *now* clear evidence just as there was in 2002
*if* you cared to look for it.

you were so hot for war and the needless deaths of our servicemen
and woman you refused to explore those links I provided to *factual*
information.
Information that is well confirmed today
I WATCHED those WMDs destroyed under under United Nations supervision
following the first Persian Gulf War and likely you did as well
as it was all over T.V. at the time.
You can access Florida public records and stalk me but you cannot change
the reality that some of those records have no more relationship to reality
than the mythical WMD in Iraq of 2003 you so relentlessly championed.
How many maimed and killed U.S. servicemen and woman now?
Over 100 thousand.
Many of them as badly crippled as me and with ruined lives
caused by the administration and lies you championed.
All on equally fraudulent information and needlessly so.
The FACT is that were I to NOT have been on the receiving end of so MUCH
police misconduct my driving record would likely have been
just as exemplary as my commercial driving record.
The FACT is the police are well known in some communities
of purposely harassing motorcycle riders and that is common
knowledge within the biker community.
