Hi BOb,

wOuld agree with that. IT always takes awhile. aS I said,
I seem to have a larger percentage of female friends than
average who were. sOme very close to me in fact.

even so it's still a traumatic experience for many. YEs the training as a
lawyer might be of some use when presenting
oneself for purpose of testimony before congress.

Was reading something on this very subject the other day,
and itt stated that those close to us are pretty good lie
detectors. Anybody who's ever attempted lying to a parent
sibling or spouse knows what I"m saying here. still, feel
the need to do it often enough, and frequent enough, and the liar gets
practiced at controlling the darting eyes, the
high pulse rate, all the signs that manifest themselves on
the polygraph, and by other signs, i.e. change in voice,
change in manner.

My eldest daughter was nearly pathological. SInce her
mother was custodial parent until later years mostly it took me longer to spot
it, but I eventually did, then she became
a bit better at it. A friend argued that my blindness made
it harder for me to spot, but her mother was totally blind
where I have some usable vision, so I was able to quickly
debunk that one <g>>

RW> YOU can become a well practiced liar without training.
RW> sElf training will do it. The same "tells" that will cause
RW> you to fail the polygraph can trip you up just in
RW> observation as they result in secondary signs. SOme people
RW> learn to lie convincingly young.

BK> There is no evidence that she had. If there was you can be sure
BK> the right wing would have revealed it long ago.

We can agree on that point. tIs doable however.

BK>>> How many black people growing up back then did?

RW>> A good number of course.

BK>> A good number had an easy childhood?

RW> Oops, pre-coffee, quite the opposite in fact. I should
RW> know better than to compose echomail pre-coffee <g>.

BK> Best to have it on the side desk when echomailing. Not by the
BK> computer, I've had to stop to clean up all too often. But the side
BK> desk doesn't have that problem near as often.

Yah, why I have a side table here for such items as ash tray and liquids <g>.

Regards,
           Richard
