    Above you made issue with my humanity simply because I recognize 
that there are degrees in many things, like murder.  'Now'... you're 
just dicking around with questions of legality when no one has even 
made such claims.  Try to keep your line straight.

  "Bad"?  "Worse"?   Naw...  Waterboareding doesn't even come close to 
what many of those guys have been doing, for years.  Neither does any 
of the "abuse" they recieved.

  If you just sit there and only lecture these guys they will never 
tell you where the safe houses are, who trained them, where the 
bomb making crews are located, etc, etc, and as such, you are 
letting them indeed continue...just because you have this partisan
inspired hang up about "abusing" these characters.

  Again, what is your suggestion for getting this info?
