Yes, but I'm saying, EVEN IN the disability communities, there is a hierarchy!

Spray paint the side of the car with, "No! Stupidity is NOT a handicap -- park
elsewhere!"  (or use a grease marker)

A bus driver told me of the time  someone across the street parked in a transit
zone, and ran into the office, and a parking officer JUST came right after,
radioed in, and the car was towed & hauled in about 6 minutes -- the guy comes
out of the store in 10 minutes, & his car's already gone!  (That's a face
picture you want for "Priceless"!)

People are so sympathetic when I've been trapped on the mall sidewalk, because
someone, yet again, has parked on the ramp.  I wait until they come out and say
something like, "That's not a parking space, you know!"  One guy says, "Who the
heck are YOU???" So I said, "I'm the guy been waiting here an hour to go home!"
He just jumped in his car, slammed door, and took off. . .

Another time I waited & some nice ladies saw me & stood with me,
commisserating, steaming about the idiot driver, and waited until he arrived,
then lit right into him (some brain-light old-timer, who cowered & begged
forgiveness, and scurried away, swearing he'd never do it again (said he was
visiting from out of province)) *LOL*

I never saw him again! heh

A friend, in a chair, suggested something I'd never do:

Put a spikey nail-thing behind the back tire, and if they just slam into their
car & take off, they get their tire whacked -- if they apologize and have a
good reason -- then I just say, "Hey!  What's that shiny thing behind your
wheel?" and all's okay. . .
