        Misspoke or mistyped. I was curious as to why the port
   settings that are done from Properties in nntp would have changed.
   Stuff happens ! I went to the Gmail instruction page to set them
   again. Thus the question as to what was what. To me nntp is not
   Gmail, is not IE, maybe it is.

        The system asks this everytime that I go there but I still say
   No, maybe I should say yes as I do not have any other browser, then
   why would it ask ???

        Your opinion, I never shy away from a contact with Jeff, he
   has showed me so much thus far.

        I never invoke FF but lately as Gmail would not connect, I
   used it and it connected. As opposed to Gmail, FF did not mind my
   calander being in error by one month. When this was fixed, Gmail
   was once more happy as a pig in mire. This was on a different
   Thinkpad, this G41 has no FF.
