Meet Peddler Jack in a forest meadow,
and trade gems for potions. Get Max
Hitpoints, Strength, Defense, or Charm
Points. Price is a bargain: 2 Potions
for ONE Gem. Want more? Pay 5 Gems to
see Special Deals. Allows you to buy a
Horse, a Fairy, or Adopt an Orphan.

* The IGM allows 7 purchases per visit.
Cheating results in player being beaten
up, and tossed out of IGM, with some
other penalties.

* IGM is usable up to 10 times per day.
* Players may buy up to 16,000 potions
per day. * Up to 4,000 potions can be
bought per purchase. The Visits and
Potions Limits are sysop-configurable.

2 Gems formula to 2 Potions for 1 Gem.
You get DOUBLE the value offered for
Gems by the LORD Inn's Bartender.

* Players are not allowed to Adopt Kids
when they have 32,000+ Kids. * Up to
16,000 adoptions per day are allowed,
as of 12/28/2006. * Up to 780 Adoptions
per purchase are allowed. Both adoptions
limits are sysop-configurable.

* IGM usage is allowed until player runs
out of allowed Visits - or Gems. * There
are no limits on Fairy and Horse Trades.
* IGM limits purchases of Saddles and
HorseShoes Sets to 25 per day.

* Players get 4 Forest Fights per Saddle
or HorseShoes Set for 10 Gems per item.
They are sold one at a time. The Horse
Supplies Menu is only accessible if the
player has a Horse.

Peddler Jack has four Potions for sale:
Max HitPoints, Strength, Defense, and
Charm. Each potion costs 3 Gems. Horse
cost is 15 Gems. Fairy cost is 25 Gems.
Each Orphan Child costs 40 Gems. The
Special Deals menu access fee is 5 Gems.

There are three IGM Usage Reports, stored
in the JACK-USE.TXT file. It is created
or updated during IGM exit, or when the
sysop uses the GEMTRADE REPORT command.

** This IGM checks for Over-Range or
Negative LORD Stats at IGM Entry, and at
IGM Exit. All of LORD's numeric stats
are covered since LORD will crash if it
encounters over-range values, and no one
wants to have negative stats.

before 3.55 is not guaranteed.
** Fixed glitch in Stats screens where
IGM failed to report valid data on NPC
Marriages on 11/08/05.

** As of 01/17/2006, the IGM now uses
GEMTRADE.CFG and a new config. file
structure. * All users, who have NOT
already done so, MUST use JACKCONV.EXE
to convert the GEMTRADE.DAT file into
GEMTRADE.CFG, as of 08/29/2006.

IGM is now setup to not allow players to
exceed the Daily Potions Trades Limit
while they are trading for Potions in
the main menu, as of Feb. 06, 2006. They
may still go over the Potions Limit when
collecting Potions for Extra Gems paid
for Special Deals Menu items such as
Fairies, Horses, or Orphan Children.

** 12/19/06: Started use of JACKBACK.DAT
player database backup file for use in
restoring GEMDRINK.DAT during IGM usage
if the file has been lost. If file
restoration fails, a new GEMDRINK.DAT is
created with only ONE record in it. If
restoration succeeds, only a little data
will have been lost, and all IGM users'
IGM records will have been salvaged.
** Requires GEMTRADE v2.49+ beta.
* IGM users may get up to 10 Skill Use
Points per Day from Sexy Samantha event
which occurs randomly when players buy
a Fairy. Player gets up to 2 Skill Use
points when the event occurs. (v2.50)
