file.

processing OUT files belonging to
players asleep in the IGM correctly.
* That also fixed glitch where IGM was
not granting player free room when their
spouse was asleep in the Inn. 09-14-05.

* Created SHADEDIT.EXE player editor
utility for HITS v2.51+ users to use.
Utility allows sysops to fix any glitches
that arise in a LORD player's HITS IGM
