I've seen this complained about a number of times online, but it never 
bothered me. It seemed obvious that as the bridge was moving across the 
bay, the sun was *setting*. Ever been on the water at sunset? Darkness 
falls very quickly...

What bothered me more was that the bridge was very obviously *not* 
resting on its (broken) support towers in its new position, yet, at a 
point in the film where Magneto's powers should no longer be affecting 
the bridge, it remains standing instead of collapsing into the bay.


And did Magneto want Leech dead or not? And why didn't they just bring 
Leech within 3 feet of either Magneto or Jean?

Despite these gaping plot holes, I must admit I still enjoyed it. Seeing 
Kitty vs. Juggernaut was worth the price of admission for me.

What would I have liked to have seen but didn't? 
- Beast using his prehensile feet more effectively... 
- Rogue absorbing *somebody's* powers and becoming more like the comic 
version... (was she left "cured"? It was implied but not stated.)
- A friggin' *FLAMING PHOENIX* behind Jean, fer chrissakes!!
- Storm taking a shower in her rooftop greenhouse... anyone? anyone? :P

There are lots of directions the story could go in a possible X4:
- Xavier and Moira, Banshee, Black Tom and Juggernaut on Muir Island, 
- Storm rebelling (going "mohawk"), and/or returning to Africa
- More X-Men are killed off by Trask and Sentinels ala "Days of Future 
Past" before someone (Kitty? Cable?) shows up to "restore the timeline". 
The beauty here is that fans who hate X3 could pretend it didn't happen.

Ah, I'm rambling on again... I'll end here.
