There's a special two-hour (90 mins without adverts on DVD) minute
movie that'll be shown (and released on DVD at practically the same
time) towards the end of the year that explores the history of the
Pegasus as well as some of the first Cylon War (including Bill Adama
when he was a Viper pilot). This is meant to tide fans over until the
next series starts at the beginning of 2008, and because Pegasus and
Cain et al were very popular. Saying that this backwards-looking movie
indicates that the writers don't know where they're going with the
series to follow seems a little arbitrary and silly to me; did the
making of 'In The Beginning' indicate that JMS didn't know where he
was going with Season 5 of B5?

Apparently the special, called 'Razor', is also going to introduce
some story aspects that tie in with the planned arc for Season 4. I
read somewhere that this probably involves a pilot from the Pegasus'
crew with the call-sign 'Razor'.
