Yeah, the order I've been following is mostly the order on the DVD's,
only "tweaked" here and there where I'm aware of an issue.

I started with "In the Beginning," which I think makes a great place to
start a re-watching of the series.  However, I would strongly observe
that "in the Beginning" is NOT a good place to start a first viewing
through the series, because it basically spoils the central mysteries
of the first season-and-a-bit.  Also, I've juggled some of the sequence
of events to allow everything to open with "In the Beginning" and to
close with "Sleeping in Light" (thus, even though the last Psi-Corps
novel ends after "Sleeping in Light," and even though "Space, Time, and
the Incurable Romantic" is set after "Sleeping Light," both are placed
in the sequence prior to that episode - simply because that episode
should be the finale)


With that caveat, here's my sequence to date:
