Ärende: A nice touch..
======================
If you've tried re-installing BBBS/NT from the stock executables available from
Kim and still aren't getting anywhere, if you're willing to email me the
contents of your BBBS folder, I'll compare them to mine, and see if there are
any differences - or, if you'd prefer, I'll send you mine.

MY big problem was getting Fidonet to work properly for me with my uplink. The
messages mispitch into the 'bad' directory.

My solution involved a little sleight of hand. I had to write a script to
rename the packet filename extensions and move them to the inbound directory.
Now, life goes on for me, as everything became automatic after I wrote the
script.

Perhaps we can set up an IM link, and discuss your situation in real time.
Weekends are best for me.

I'm on ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, and AIM. Trillian on the PC and Agile Messenger on the
Pocket PC make using any or all of the four a whole lot easier for me. In any
case, wish you the best in getting this resolved!!!

Gotcha.

What I find so unusual is that I'm probably about the only person out there who
uses BBBS as their sole Web server. Though BBBS seems to handle it all quite
nicely for me, everyone else - even Kim - uses Apache.

Last I tried, his own BBBS Web server, at http://bbbs.net, was down. Haven't
tried again recently.

Bless your heart.

Down here in Carolina, many of us say that to anyone who's facing an adverse
situation - male OR female.

It took me almost a year - on and off - to finally solve my own BBBS woes.
Seems like it's always darkest before the dawn!

Other than what I said at the beginning, nothing much else I can think of right
now.
