I am hopeful that Holodeck will return, uncloak, or whatever... ;) 
Doc's is also one of my backups.  Until Shannon announced that he was
closing down Fidotel, I had been using him as the main one... but around
then, Holodeck got back into good running order, so I moved back there
(it had been one of my very first bbs homes, back in the good old days
of dialup). :)  Now, I'm back to using Fidotel as a backup... for now.

BTW, do you know anything about why JUXTA hasn't been getting any Fido
messages lately?  It's been probably over a month now, and I did send
Steve a message a couple of weeks ago alerting him to that, but I
haven't heard anything from him, nor has the problem been fixed.  I
check in there every night, as part of my regular "run".

Most everyone I know that has had the surgery has said the same thing. 
The only one I know of that didn't do so well was my Dad, who apparently
also had some other problem that was hidden by the fact that he had the
cataracts.  My mom did just fine, though...  :)  I'll just hope that I
take after her and not him... <G>
