I wonder if there will be a memorial to him.  He would have been
responsible for the survival of thousands, maybe millions of young
people, world-wide.  Instant noodles have been the mainstay of
students for generations.

Those picnics have probably frightened them in the past, with the
possibility of an Australian guest there getting bitten by a rabid
American, or an American banana falling off the wharf and infecting
the pure Australian ones.  (g)  I doubt very much whether there would
be any collusion between the Federal AQIS and the local food
suppliers.   What kind of supplies do the ships take on in Darwin?  As
far as I know, most non-tropical fruit and vegetables come from South
Australia or Queensland, depending on the season.

      Title: Steamed Eggs with Ground Pork
 Categories: Meats, Filipino
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/4 kg Ground pork
      2    Eggs
      1 c  Broth or water
      1 ts Sesame oil
      1 tb Soy sauce
      1 ts Ginger juice (chop finely
           And SQUEEZE or pound very
           Well to extract juice
 
  Mix ground pork with soy sauce. Beat eggs. Add ginger juice, broth of
  meat with salt to taste, and meat. Mix well and place in a deep dish.
  Steam for 20 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with 1 tsp.
  sesame oil and 1 tsp soy sauce and serve hot.
