That and cst of land. It's quite expensive here.

CS> Lots of those too <g>.

That they are. Japan is a land still converting (and resisting) to cars and
such vice just using your feet. If you walked more than 3 miles, you probably
passed at least 3 little parks (small places, may not fit your term for
'park') and several little bench areas. You probably had at least 5 bicycles
pass you by if not 30 (depends on the route). One of the riders was well
older than you <g>.

CS> I've heard of that. Never taken those busses but it's not uncommon to

Hehe well, they set ut up as we got on the plane. Special pink tikets on all
our bags. Charter group stuff. They unloaded us then put us on our bus, then
the rest of the passengers got taxied to the airport proper. I am pretty sure
they unloaded our luggage first before moving the plane off to the terminal.

There were 57 of us. I dont know plane types like MLoo does, but I dont think
that one carried more than 75 passengers total when full? There were I seem to
recall, 6 'spiffy seats' up front, all empty at the start then a few of the
seats got filled from us passengers (2 pregnant women and their husbands I
think). There were a few empty seats, but not many.

2 charter busses (40 person capacity both) were there arranged by the military
to get us to Sasebo from Nagasaki. I split us into 'main base' and 'hario
housing' which fit fine then had our luggage split to our own bus. That meant
the main base one didnt haveto stop at hario. I called ahead on my cell phone
to the taxi place for the ones who were going to main base and needed a cab to
get home from there. 14 cabs, rest of us at main base housing or near enough
to not matter.

I love King Cab. They had 16 of them there for us as we pulled in. 14 by name
of customer and 2 spare 'just in case'. I grabbed one of those with Don and
Charlotte who were waiting for me. Yeah, for once, i didnt share <g>. I'd
been gone 8.5 months.
