   Not here.  Even the place that we think is the best Asian AYCE
   (Panda) has that.   They do serve snow or king crab legs.   They
   usually have mussels in black bean sauce (a favorite of mine) but not
   raw (in fact, I don't know if I have ever had a raw mussel).

   Panda also has several sorts of shrimp -- the one I like the best is
   called pepper shrimp.   If they have peel and eat, they are very
   small and not all that great compared to the other dishes (IMO --
   YMMV).

   I find it easy to get my money's worth at any AYCE, even Old Country
   Buffet which I judge as decent, but not special.

  I don't know if I have ever seen a full snow crab.   Usually what we
  see are leg clusters, as if they broke them off of the body -- leaving
  a little body meat attached.   I also get confused from time to time
  on the distinction between snow crab and king crab.   I think that the
  snow is smaller and sweeter, but am not sure.


MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Crab Stew
 Categories: Crab, Stew, Soup
      Yield: 1 servings
 
    1/2 c  Olive oil
    1/2 c  Flour
      2    Onions, finely chopped
    1/2    Bell pepper, finely chopped
      1 c  Celery, finely chopped
    1/2    Of a 6 oz. can tomato paste
      1 qt Chicken broth
      3    Gumbo crabs
      4    Toes garlic, minced
      2    Bay leaves
    1/2 ts Thyme
    1/2 ts Basil
    1/4 ts Tabasco
           Salt & pepper
      1 c  Sliced, fresh mushrooms
      1 lb Crabmeat
      6    Green onions, finely chopped
 
  First make a roux with the olive oil & flour:  cook the flour in the
  oil, over medium heat, until the flour is brown. (NOTE: this recipe
  will *just* fit in a 3 qt. pot.) Add the onions, bell pepper, &
  celery & saute for 3 minutes, stirring often. Add the tomato paste &
  cook for about 5 minutes longer, stirring. Add the broth, slowly
  blending it in, & then simmer 5 minutes. Cut each crab in half & add
  to the pot along with the garlic & seasonings & simmer for 20 minutes
  with the pot partially covered. Add the mushrooms & the crabmeat &
  cook for 5 minutes at a simmer. Remove from heat, add the green
  onions, & let stand 5 minutes before serving. 4-6 servings.
