I think I may have been a champion something once, but I forgot
what it was.

Wait one sec. The staff might have acquired such knowledge and
interest if you whispered the sweet word "profits" into their ear.

I understand that in some places, such as Thailand, beer is
often served from hot bottles but over ice. Interesting idea.

Note to ALL: he lies about the lovely texture and stuff. Bitter melon
is merely a zucchini soaked in gall. As such it's less objectionable
than a plain zucchini, but it's still objectionable.

Arkansas millionaires
cat: candy
yield: 1 batch

1 pk Kraft caramels
2 Tb milk (to 3 Tb)
2 c pecans
1 pk semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 block paraffin

Melt caramels with milk in top of double boiler. Beat
2 to 3 min. Toast pecans briefly in 300F oven. Add
pecans to caramels. Drop teaspoonsful onto waxed paper.

Melt chocolate with paraffin. Dip cooled caramel drops
in chocolate mixture and return to paper to cool.
