Yep and we've always done that before anything else and have been able to 
keep our heads above water...we may never be rich but we're happy!

I made a huge bunch of baked meatballs and froze them in two one gallon 
ziploc bags boy are they Goooooo0o0o0d! Other than that I seldom prepare 
special "for the freezer" I just make a larger recipe of whatever and have 
some left over for the freezer. Make sure you save some room for peaches 
when peach season comes around! you ARE in Georgia y'know!

I couldn't run one these days either! I did a day's shooting for a glass artist

the other day and by the end of the day I was so tired I could hardly move! 
Each piece of artwork had to be removed from it's "display" frame and set up 
on my shooting table, the backdrop had to be adjusted for the different 
colors used I had to make several shots moving the lighting after each one till

I got just the right image...and then I had to put the glass back into (which 
you can read as "re assemble") the display frame and start all over again for 
the next piece.

I do for sure...Anne may have a tough time looking for food that is bland
