Oh I could leave a day or so earlier if I wished and stop at several locales 
along the way and visit various and sundry friends, photographers, sculptors, 
guitar builders, etc...but I'm not looking to spend 5 or 6 days on the road 
each way (grin). Plus each day on the road carries an inherent cost as well 
and I am on a fixed income now!

Having my 'druthers, I'd go with pork over beef, but only slightly.

chocolate torte recipe that I have posted here before that she absolutely 
adores!!
I have tomorrow's dinner all planned out and even tomorrow's breakfast will 
be special (I love suprising her!).
