It's said that in the absence of aggressive and consistent
dosage with dairy products, the ability goes away in the
majority of the population. I don't fully understand the
mechanism, as in the simplistic bacterial-colonization
model we are given, mere resupply of the Lactobacilli
should suffice to prevent lactose intolerance. But in many
cases it doesn't.

Which leads more credence to the meteor theory, but I still
think that you're not taking into full account the elasticity
of the metal.

I still don't see this.

My theories may be flawed, but they were not formulated until
after the inspection of the evidence!

Noodles with cottage cheese
cat: side
servings: 6 to 8

12 oz dried 1/4" egg noodles
12 oz cottage cheese
6 oz sour cream
2 oz bacon
2 oz lard

Cook noodles according to package directions. Fry bacon in lard.

Toss noodles with cottage cheese, sour cream, and crumbled
bacon. Dress with cooking fat to taste.

M says: use some onions in this dish, and you can cut down
on the fat a bit.
