i do, actually, have web access available but it is via a/the java telnet
client... there's no upload/download capability in it, though... works great
for reading/writting messages and playing the door games... i hadn't thought
about it when sending you the info...

it is accessed via the "telnet to the bbs" link in the "THINGS TO DO" section
of the left hand menu... once in there, there's two options with information
about them and how to use them...

the java-telnet client is the first one and has one annoyance besides the lack
of file transfer... it is all explained in the info on it...

the second is a straight telnet link that should call up your local telnet
client... i've used the updated hyperterminal that has telnet abilities with no
problems... i've also used qmodem pro for windows but i don't recall having
that one pop up automatically when i click the telnet button...

at this point, i guess that i don't have "traditional" http access into the bbs
but there is, via the java-telnet client, a method of using your browser to get
to the bbs while remaining in the browser... dunno if that would qualify as
"Online Web Access" or not but thought i'd mention it anyway...

      Title: Yogurt-Topped Strawberry Pancakes
 Categories: Breakfast
      Yield: 12 Servings
 
   2.00 c  Buttermilk complete
           Pancake mix
   2.00 tb Sugar
   0.25 ts Cinnamon
   1.50 c  Water
   1.00 c  Thinly sliced strawberries
   1.00    8-oz carton strawberry
           Or vanilla lowfat yogurt
 
  Heat griddle or skillet to 375 F.  Grease lightly with oil.  In medium
  bowl, combine pancake mix, sugar, cinnamon and water; stir just until
  large lumps disappear.  Fold in strawberries.  For each pancake, pour
  1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.  Cook 1-1 1/2 minutes, turning when
  edges look cooked and bubbles begin to break on surface.  Continue to
  cook 1-1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.  Spoon yogurt over each
  serving. If desired, garnish with additional strawberries.  6
  servings (12 pancakes). Per serving:  calories 200; protein 5g; carb
  44g; fiber 2g; fat 1g (saturated); cholesterol 3 mg; sodium 560 mg;
  potassium 210 mg; exchanges: 2 starch, one fruit.
