We the people have gotten used to accepting crap and being told  it is really 
good stuff.  And most of John Q Public seems to not even notice the 
downward slide towards garbage food. I was on the road the other day and 
had to stop for lunch, stopped at a Jaque dans le boite, and ordered a burger 
and fries at the drive through...the fries were so soggy with grease I parked 
and walked in with them and demanded a fresh batch and I watched them 
cook them (still slightly soggy from low oil temp I think). Told the manager 
(an early 20 something pimple faced girl who I think had trouble 
understanding english) she should be embarrassed serving fries like that...her 
reply " We gave you fresh fries, so what more do you want?". I think the 
entire concept of customer service eludes her.
