The striped mice beat the squirrels at their own game? I guess it doesn't
take much to outsmart a tree rat.  Hmmm - bears and chipmunks both have
short stubby tails.  Maybe the bears are giant mutant chipmunks.

Just think - my parents moved into their house in 1965....  We're finally
unloading some of the previous generations' hoardings, but there is still a
ton of stuff.

It's why I won't be doing that again!  I used my machine to make a crazy
maternity skirt this past week, rather than do something really crazy like
another quilt attempt.   The skirt is royal blue gauze, doubled so it's
opaque, and made from the full width of the fabric.  Then I got really
crazy and painted flowers randomly around the hem - and sewed sequins on
parts of the flowers.  I'll probably never do that again either, now that
it's out of my system.

Anchovies will do that unless you really like them.  They should have gone
on just before serving.  

BTW - Connecticut just got socked by a monsoon.  Parts of the state got
over 5 inches of rain today.  Bloomfield only had about 2.5", but still.  I
feel like I'm in India.
