  From what web searches we have been able to do, prices are pretty much
  in line from one place to the other at many places worth considering.

   You keep mis-quoting me on ambiance -- what I have said is that I
   don't think it is worth a premium price or trip.   Other things being
   equal, it is nice.

   Several initially had expressed interest and seemed to think it was a
   good idea.  Others were willing to go with whatever the group wanted
   to do.  As has been said, not everyone will want crabs so we need to
   have a varied menu.

   We'll let the group decide what they want to do when we have
   collected enough information to present a short list.   Mike's sounds
   like a place to put on the short list.

   We need to plan something for Thursday and Friday nights.   Some
   place where Maryland seafood (e.g. crab cakes) is available would be
   nice.
