Hope so!  It's nestling in with the ice cubes just now. Every time before this
that I have seen it in Sasebo, it was 6.99$ a lb and upwards of that.

Wierd that. I saw one of the school teachers getting those frozen pre-baked
potatoes I think I mentioned here. Only here do they make sense as they are
much cheaper.  Smallish idahos but they are 1.29lb this week.  Fresh are at
almost 4$ a lb.

Yes, we think so too but enjoy real butter.  Butter is one of the odd ones that
can skyrocket in price in seeming non-sensical ways here.  've also seen it
hit 7$ a lb.

Unsalted this week is most costly than salted.

Grin, whatever came handy!  Not mentioned but the garlicy shrimp 'paste' (has
shell in which we like) dropped to 1.25$ a 12oz jar.  Patis and Soy dropped to
74cents each for a litre soy and 1/4 litre patis.

Don scored with some lamb chops at a mere 4$ a lb so made that up for dinner
along with some pasta (prepared stuff in a bag).  I threw a fresh salad at him
and groweled 'eat it' which he meekly did along with the rest <g>.
