   Glad to have made your day.   I did not realize that it was back on
   the market, just thought that maybe this guy had some hidden source.
   Keep your eyes peeled for it to appear near you soon -- I hope.

   Continuing in the theme of research we are doing for the good of the
   group -- today we had lunch at a pit beef / BBQ place I had seen
   written up in the Baltimore Sun newspaper quite some time ago.   It
   is very near the Sysco store that I'll take you to if you wish to
   look for high quality meat broth concentrates (after testing ours).
   We took Michael to the BBQ place a long time ago -- apparently it has
   changed name since then.   It is now called Smokey's and Uncle
   Grube's.   Before it was some other Uncle:-}}

   Way back then, I think Michael had pit pork -- which was sliced
   roasted pork.   I recall it as being sauceless and pretty dry.

   Today, we had two pit beef sandwiches.  I asked for "as rare as you
   can find".   What we got was at least medium well, with some crusty
   bits on the edges.   It was not at all juicy.  Moderate portion at a
   cost of $6.25.   The place is only open for lunch and was serving a
   good sized crowd.   They had out door seating inside a plastic walled
   area under a cover.   In addition to the pit beef they had pit pork,
   pit turkey and sweet barbecued pork.   Looking at the plates around
   us, we saw mostly BBQ pork sandwiches.  Since they had such a large,
   apparently repeat, clientele I guess it might have been pretty
   good:-}}   The beef would certainly not bring me back there.
