A good plan where there's competition - do a parallel sort of
thing where you're not stepping directly on anyone's toes, but
you can make your bundle anyhow.

There was a scandal not long ago where fake soy sauce was being
made out of Chinese barbershop floor sweepings!

But he too has his passions about food - he knows more about
fast-food restaurants than anyone has a right to know, and the
other day he described himself as a leading expert on fried
chicken wings. I guess that my brother is a sterling example
of "good palates gone bad."

Cream Puffs
cat: dessert
yield: 8

1 c water
1 c flour
1 c margarine
4 eggs
1 pt whipping cream
sugar to taste
powdered sugar

Combine water and margarine in pan and bring to rolling boil.
Lower heat and add flour, beating vigorously using wooden
spoon until mixture forms a ball and leaves pan clean. Beat
each egg into mix until the egg disappears. Spoon on ungreased
baking sheet forming 8 lg puffs.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Cool slowly in oven
with door open or puffs will collapse. When cool, cut off the
top of each puff and remove any remaining egg mixture in puff.

Whip cream, adding sugar to sweeten and fill puffs. Put the
tops back on and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Optional: Puffs may also be filled with instant pudding
