  This is a reposting of a message that was posted earlier on DOCs but
  did not get out.  It was only seen by people reading messages on DOCs.
  It is important that you and others see it, so I am reposting from my
  system.

  No -- the moderators can use which ever means they deem most
  appropriate and timely to deliver the message required.  And that is
  what Dave did.

  That should have been obvious to you and all.   In case there is any
  doubt -- this is another moderator message.

  Actually, I am pretty sure that DOCs does not allow users access to
  outgoing netmail.  Dave does have email, and will use it when
  appropriate in his judgement.

  I will repeat what Dave said to you -- it is never appropriate to put
  down or critize anyone in an echo that they do not normally
  participate in.

  If you have a criticism of Ed Koon or Ross Cassell, take it to
  FN_SYSOP, MATZDOBRE or any other echo where you know that they both
  participate.

  None of the moderators will stand for the type of back handed pot shot
  you took at them here.   It does not belong in this echo.
