Yeah, I agree with you.  It's a lot easier to use something like dotnetnuke or
the ilk instead of the mailing list.  Even I know that. :)

Absolutely.  That's perfectly fine and now perhaps you and others can help me
with this...I found a recipe for shrimp thermador online and typed it in.  It
says to use white cooking sherry, but I'm wondering if it would be detrimental
to the recipe if I left it out...

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Shrimp Thermador
 Categories: Main dish
      Yield: 4 Servings

      2    (8 oz.) pkg. small shrimp
      3 T  Finely chopped onion
      8 oz Fresh mushrooms
      3 T  Real butter
      4 T  Flour
    1/4 t  Salt
    1/4 t  Pepper
    1/4 t  Paprika
      1 c  Half and half
      1 c  Chicken broth
      2    Egg yolks (beaten)
      4 T  White cooking sherry
    3/4 c  Dry bread crumbs
      1 c  Parmesan cheese
      3 c  Rice (cooked)

  Heat oven to 450.  Saute mushrooms and onions in the butter until
  tender; stir in flour, salt, pepper and paprika.  Cook over low heat,
  stirring until mixture is bubbly and remove from heat.  In a seperate
  pan, stir in cream, broth and egg yolks; heat to boiling, stirring
  constantly.  Boil and stir for 1 minute, remove from heat and stir at
  least half of this mixture with first mixture.  Slowly add sherry and
  shrimp, finish adding sauce and stir until bubbly.  Sprinkle bread
  crumbs and cheese liberally over shrimp mixture.  Bake 5 to 8 minutes
  and serve over rice.

  4 servings (double for 8)
