   We get both Washington DC and Baltimore MD papers and flyers.   Even
   that close, we sometimes see a slight difference.

  Perhaps he meant with sale prices on them.   In our stores, we often
  see two stickers on meat products -- the "regular" price (which no one
  in their right mind would pay) and the "sale" price for that week.
  They do that so that they can brag about how much you have saved for
  swipping your bonus card at the register.

  Other than meats, hardly anything in the store has any price on it.
  They run off of the UPC symbol or the produce sticker.

      Title: Pork Roast With Fennel And Garlic
 Categories: Pork, Roast, Fennel
      Yield: 1 servings
 
      6    Cloves garlic, chopped
    3/4 ts Salt
      1 tb Olive oil
      1 ts Pepper
      1 ts Fennel seeds
      1    Boneless pork loin roast
           -(about 2 lb)
 
  Sometimes simple really is best.  Serve this aromatic roast with green
  beans and mashed potatoes.
  
  In small bowl and using fork, crush garlic with salt until in rough
  paste.  Mix in oil, pepper and fennel seeds.  Cut slits over top and
  sides of roast, rub paste over roast.  Place in shallow dish.  Cover
  and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or up to 24 hours.  Let stand
  at room temperature for 30 minutes.  Transfer roast to roasting pan.
  Roast in 325F oven for 90 minutes, until meat thermometer registers
  160F. Tent with foil and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing
  thinly.  Makes 4 servings.
  
  Per Serving:  About 325 calories, 35 g protein, 19 gram fat, 2 g
  carbo.
