That's assuming that he is capable only of one primary function.

The, proper, use of the comma, is, to delineate logical, rather
than, euphonious, divisions in the sentence. Where you would
pause in speech is not a fit criterion for comma use.

The father of a friend of mine was a fairly eminent doctor,
and I expressed wonder at the amount of cheese and charcuterie
that he put down on one occasion, and he said, airily, "I'll
just take another Mevacor when I go to bed."

The stern fatherly doctors tend to be younger than myself.
Old doctors speak the language but without such fervor. One
exception was back a few years when my regular primary
physician was on vacation and I was seen by a little round
guy, almost certainly in the last decade or so of his life,
who had to be about five foot three, weighing 200 pounds
or so. He was extremely eloquent in describing the benefits
of additional exercise and of moderation in eating and drinking.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: KEVIN'S KANGARISSOLES
 Categories: Game, Burgers, Kangaroo, Ground beef, Kevin
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    500 g  Kangaroo- mince (or Beef)
           ;minced coarsely
      1 md Onion, chopped finely
      2    Eggs
    1/3 c  Breadcrumbs- fresh or dry
    1/2 ts Herb- Marjoram, dried
    1/2 ts Herb- basil, dried
 
  Place the kangaroo in a bowl. Add the chopped onion [2mm cubes],
  beaten eggs and herbs. Mix thoroughly and then take a heaped
  tablespoon and scoop out some into the palm of your hand. Form into a
  ball shape. Flatten into patty if desired.
  
  Have the breadcrumbs on a plate. Place the rounded meat ball onto the
  breadcrumbs and roll around to coat evenly.
  
  Place on a heated and oiled frypan and fry until cooked.
