Well, their bottom age limit is 50 - which you passed a whole lot more 
recently than many of us here. Kids ....

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Pizza With Prosciutto & Arugula
 Categories: Pizza, Pork, Cheese
      Yield: 10 servings
 
      2    (10 oz ea) pkg pizza dough
     28 oz Can chopped tomatoes;
           -drained
           -Salt and pepper
    1/2 ts Dried oregano
           -Extra virgin olive oil to
           -drizzle; plus 2 tablespoons
           -extra virgin olive oil
      1 oz Parmigiano-Reggiano
      2 ts Lemon juice
      7 c  Baby arugula leaves or
           -chopped mature arugula;
           -washed and dried
     12    Thin slices prosciutto
 
  Be sure the oven is completely preheated before cooking. This recipe
  should take about 20 minutes to prepare.
  
  Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Oil two baking sheets and unroll the
  dough onto each one. With your fingers, spread the dough thinly into
  an 11 x 15-inch rectangle. Divide the chopped tomatoes between the 2
  pieces of dough, spreading the tomatoes very thinly and leaving a
  1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and
  oregano and drizzle olive oil over the entire pizza, including the
  edges.
  
  When the oven is completely preheated, bake both pizzas on separate
  racks for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the crust are golden and
  the middle is completely cooked.
  
  Meanwhile, using a sharp vegetable peeler, shave the
  Parmigiano-Reggiano into thin strips; set aside.
  
  Whisk together the 2 tablespoons olive oil and the lemon juice and
  season with salt and pepper. Toss the arugula in enough of this
  dressing to lightly moisten it, and taste for more salt and pepper.
  
  Remove the pizzas from the oven. Cover them immediately with a layer
  of prosciutto slices. Top with the dressed arugula and the
  Parmigiano-Reggiano shavings.
  
  * Note: Pillsbury makes a good-quality refrigerated pizza dough,
  usually found in supermarkets next to the refrigerator biscuits and
  cookies.
  
  Serves 4-6
