Yes, and I'm also getting the word out about early detection.  I was
interviewed for a Fort Stewart magazine about it.

No, and the fact that lung cancer is strong in Steve's dad's family is
not good news for our girls.  It did get Deborah, an occaisional smoker,
to give it up for good once she found out.

For sure! He had huge blisters on his feet!  But, he was happy to go for
Mexican food.  This is another place in town, we actually discovered it
before El Potro.  We've had supper there a couple of times; it seems
quite family oriented.  I don't know how much of the Spanish speaking
crowd it draws for lunch.  I like the other place better as it has
hortchata all week vs only Saturday and Sunday of this place. (G)

But the "ballon bread" as Dr. David Ruben refers to it in his book on
nutrition is horrible.  That's the kind of stuff I was raised on.  My
parents eat a slightly (but hardly much) better bread now but still
nothing like our 100% whole wheat.
