 Also experience with a box mix helps, like knowing
 to let the mixed dough rest and rise a little
 before forming into the crust, and often I let
 the crust rest and rise a bit under a towel,
 before I load it up and bake it. But I won't
 bother with fakey low-quality dried cheese or
 pseudo dried sausage or other toppings. I can do
 those parts myself just fine, but I do appreciate
 the convenience of a dough mix sized just to
 my needs for a single crust, and a packet of
 well-seasoned sauce sized for a single pizza, and
 as I said, I liked the seasoning of the Appian Way
 sauce. I was quite shocked when I tried Little
 Caesar's pizza, with unseasoned tomato sauce, as far
 as I could taste. What are they thinking? Bleaghhh.

 Thanks for the input! I sort of think as a "pie",
 the fillings should be between the bottom and the
 top cheese crust. And I like the slight browning
 of the cheese.

 Maybe that last is what I got from emailing
 Armour-Dial. They did allow for direct orders of
 cases of product. I haven't tried it yet.
