Well, they probably have a 'use by' date for unrefridgerated but I always
tossed
the one or 2 in the freezer.  I pull it out then start chopping and such and
it's mostly defrosted by the time I'm ready to cook it.  If it 'goes bad' in
the freezer, I've never had one in there long enough to notice.  I've
definately frozen for up to 4 months with no ill effects.  I just double wrap
the item in some of the plastic grocery bags.

The thing that makes me think you might like to try one, is they also sell them
in 'personal sizes' of about 6-7 inches across.  With that, you wouldnt go
broke just to 'try smething new' and yet also not take up much freezer space.

True!  I am too lazy with that one food to go that route.

They are.  Our local Chanello's beats them hands down.

{snicker}.  Sorry but thats a good one!  We had one of the store-made ones a
bit
ago and added some pepper-jack to it.  It came out really nice.  Even Charlotte
(who's a pepper-wuss) liked it.
